Booking and Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability
- A valid ID is required at check-in
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request
Failure to check-in on the reserved date without prior notice may result in booking cancellation without refund.
Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of booking
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and online payments
- All prices are in AUD (Australian Dollars) unless stated otherwise
- Additional charges may apply for extra services
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to:
- Respect other guests and staff
- Comply with hostel rules and regulations
- Not engage in illegal activities on the premises
- Take responsibility for any damage caused to property

50% refund of booking amount

Special Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances such as:
- Medical emergencies (with valid documentation)
- Natural disasters or unforeseen events
- Facility closures due to maintenance issues
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
We may update these policies from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email.
